I tried using the discount code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t apply, so the promo felt useless. I reached out for help and ended up stuck in that annoying support loop where they keep sending the same generic replies without actually fixing anything. Not a great experience...

I reached out to customer service hoping for a quick fix, but it took ages just to get a reply. After all that waiting, they still didn’t really solve my issue. it felt like such a waste of time and energy having to keep following up for barely any help.

I asked a couple basic questions, and the staff seem like they wasn’t really sure what to say. it felt like I knew more about it than they did. Not the most helpful experience, tbh

I tried using Tinder Box and got frustrated quickly. The site felt cluttered, and finding even basic information took way more effort than it should have. I kept clicking around, backing out, and trying different menus, which got old fast.

I ordered a few cigars from tinderbox.com they showed up way drier than I expected. The wrappers felt brittle right out of the package, and one of them cracked almost immediately when I took it out, which was frustrating.

I figured maybe they just needed some time, so I let them rest in my humidor before trying them. Even after that, the flavor was flat and stale, not at all what I expected for what I paid.

I was trying to place an order, but the age verification just wouldn’t work even though I use my valid ID. It keep asking me to redo it a few times, then it just freeze on me. I contacted support, but they wasn’t really helpful. I ended up giving up and bought from somewhere else

My order showed up wrong again, which is frustrating. I was expecting the items I actually picked, but somehow the wrong stuff got sent. What makes it more annoying is that it’s not really clear what the next step is supposed to be, do I return it, wait for a replacement, contact someone? I just wish the process was easier to figure out.
